I combine my studies in and lived experience with ADHD, depression, anxiety, burn out, and career transition to provide authentic, affirming support. Located on the beautiful grounds of the Genesee Valley Outdoor Learning Center in Parkton, MD, Rising Tides offers a unique therapy experience though nature-based therapy and adventure therapy. Clients have the opportunity to engage in walk-and-talk therapy, experiential-learning-based therapy, or traditional talk therapy in a serene setting.
